. .have arrived on the
farmlette. Six pullets
(fancy word for girl chick)
kept up quite a conversation
on the hour long drive home.
They're 8 weeks old. I got
2 each of buff orpington,
ameraucana (which lay blue
eggs), and lakenvelder.
I left them in the pet
carrier in the coop over
night. The hens will
have a chance to "talk
chicken" without ruffling
feathers in the morning.
I coudln't tell which music
they liked. They chirped to
all of it.
